The House of Terror (Hungarian: Terror Háza Múzeum) is a museum located at Andrássy Avenue 60 in Budapest, Hungary. It contains exhibits related to the fascist and communist regimes in 20th-century Hungary and is also a memorial to the victims of these regimes, including those detained, interrogated, tortured, or killed in the building.
A widow investigates the past of her husband and visits his mansion nicknamed “satan’s pit” managed by a hunchback caretaker, who then warns visitors that it’s cursed and possessed by a spirit, yet they don’t believe the curse. Eventually, guests begin to die one by one.
