Dec 29, 2004 · Coming from rural Nebraska, young Billy Thompson dreams to succeed as a professional DJ. He travels to Los Angeles to compete in a DJ World Contest where he meets Maya, a young dancer from New York, the "Night Owl", a DJ with a secret weapon and other DJs who will do anything to win at the competition.
