Reg Shrader was the original bass player for Circus Lupus. He parted ways with the group after the rest of the band relocated from Madison, Wisconsin, to Washington, DC. In 1992, he joined Seam as 2nd guitarist and stayed with the band until 1999 when he left and was replaced by John Lee.

Joining Park here are drummer Chris Manfrin (ex-Travis), bassist William Shin (ex-Poem Rocket) and guitarist Reg Shrader (ex-Circus Lupus). Though Park’s songwriting skills are at their peak (“Port of Charleston,” “Two Is Enough”), the band is unable to provide the same brilliant turbulence that makes The Problem With Me so powerful.
The band returned in 1995 with the album Are You Driving Me Crazy?, with Park now joined by a new line-up of Reg Shrader (guitar), William Shin (bass guitar), and Chris Manfrin (drums). [1]
