Despite receiving a handful of positive reviews upon its original release, the film has fallen by the wayside in recent years, eclipsed by the likes of the Gary Daniels-starring Rage (1995) and Riot (1997), and the Don Wilson Cyber Tracker and Ring of Fire flicks.
Review by Richard Cross ★★★ Richard Todd plays an oh-so-noble doctor working in a hospital in Canada that’s playing host to an incognito South/Latin American dictator (a largely wasted Herbert Lom) in this ok UK/US co-production that features a rather unique assassination plot.
