Review. by Kozo: This Hong Kong spin on Oliver Stone's Natural Born Killers is absurdly silly instead of darkly funny. Simon Yam has a bad day and decides to become a Robin Hood gangster. Hanging with him is Chingmy Yau and a tyke, who gets strapped to their backs for most of the robberies.
