The Working Group meets in blue carbon-rich countries and collaborates closely with local experts and government officials to identify or expand in-country activities supporting the conservation and restoration of blue carbon ecosystems.
We are planning to build a global partnership with partners such as WWF and Conservation International to launch a global graduate school in St Andrews that will develop blue carbon research and train the ocean scientists of the future.
