The Yale Herald reported that the school received 1,270 applications for the class of 1999 and admitted 68 applicants for an acceptance rate of 5.4%. In 2010, annual applications peaked at 1,520, with strict caps on admission to each of the school's nine programs.
Nov 22, 2023 · Admission to David Geffen School of Drama at Yale is only for full-time graduate study beginning in mid-August for the fall term. There is no rolling admission. There is no summer session. Transfer or part-time students are not accepted.
