Identity Unknown is a 1945 American war film starring Richard Arlen and Cheryl Walker, and directed by Walter Colmes. Plot [ edit ] Near the end of World War II in Europe a soldier who has recovered from his wounds but is still suffering from amnesia is heading back to the U.S..
At Rocks' party that night, Johnny meets Wanda, a kindly woman who recognizes that he is in love with someone else. At her urging, he calls Sally, who says she will wait for him to discover his identity and then come to him. He travels to the Iowa home of the last name on his list, Peter Anderson, but again Peter's parents do not know who he is.
