Party Central is a 2013 American animated short film produced by Pixar Animation Studios for Walt Disney Pictures and directed by Kelsey Mann. It premiered on August 9, 2013 at the D23 Expo in Anaheim, California [1] and was shown in theaters with Muppets Most Wanted on March 21, 2014.

I will say, this does probably get a better feel of what Monster College might be like than the actual movie, and it is at least much much shorter. Like the movie it's based on, this is perfectly harmless, but ultimately just kinda nothing.

Christina’s review published on Letterboxd: Party Central is a cute bite-sized addition to Monster University, the proverbial cherry on the sundae. It doesn’t have much of an impact if you haven’t seen the movie, but the monster designs are fun as always.
