Jul 5, 2015 · REVIEW: From the opening scene, director Jourdan McClure had completely grasped the audience’s attention with a tattered and blood covered protagonist putting a gun to her head. As the scene fades to black, a single gunshot is heard and the audience feels as if they are in for a gruesome ride.
There are many irrational inconsistencies in Jourdan McClure's "Rogue River", yet what makes it watchable is the somewhat inventive take on the revenge tale aka "I spit on your Grave". An unsuspecting Mara (Michelle Page) travels to Oregon's Rogue river to scatter her father's remains.
