Open an Account. Type of Account to Open. Getting started with a checking or savings account is easy with Mercantile. Simply check the box next to the account you wish to open, click "continue" and fill in the information on each screen. You will be set up with your new account quickly and easily!
New Member Registration. If you are a current member (active in the 2022-23 season), please Login to your account and select "Members" from the top menu, then "Renew Membership" from the left hand menu.

The CRA has resumed its work to address taxpayer debt. Tax refunds, benefit and credit payments may be applied to pay outstanding balances. You can check the status of your benefits by logging into your CRA My Account. Contact the CRA if debt repayment causes you financial hardship. Call 1-888-863-8662 for benefit debt or, 1-888-863-8657 for tax return debt. Learn more at Canada.ca/balance-owing.
If your CRA user ID and password have been revoked
Some taxpayers may have received a notification that their CRA user ID and password have been revoked. Visit CRA user ID and password have been revoked for more information.
To make your account more secure, email addresses in My Account are now required
As of February 7, 2022, all My Account users will need to have an email address on file with the CRA to help protect their online accounts from fraudulent activity. If you do not currently have an email address on file, you will be prompted to provide one when you sign in.
My Account is a secure portal that lets you view your personal income tax and benefit information and manage your tax affairs online.
Sign in or register with the same sign-in information you use for other online services (for example, online banking).

Interac® Sign-In Partner allows you to register or sign in using your online sign in banking information to access MSCA. If you moved to a new financial institution, you may be able to switch your Sign-In Partner by following these steps:
