CNIA07. The California Northern Interior Area (CNIA) is one of six AA General Service Areas in California. Its geographical area extends from the Oregon state line south to Kings and Tulare Counties, in the central valley. CNIA contains 29 active Districts, including District 30, and 4 Spanish Language Districts.
