Dec 26, 2017 · #1. Do any of you guys have a dancing fader automation demo file that you'd be willing to share (preferably for Cubase, or else something "generic")? Even better would be one that also demos the rotary ring LEDs and other button lights. The built-in diagnostic tests are certainly functional, but don't have much of a wow factor... Peter Batah.
Nov 16, 2012 · I guess I should disable MIDI Port 3 on the Slave to avoid conflict? How does the remote layer work in a cascade scenario. Does it spread the first 32 DAW tracks across both consoles or is the remote layer mirrored on both ?
Aug 21, 2013 · Add a Mackie Control Extender and set it’s MIDI IO ports to Port 7 (or Control port 3) of the DM4800. The transport on the DM4800 should work all the time. The Faders and other functions work when the Layer Status on the board, to the right of the Stereo fader, is set to Remote.
