Sep 30, 2023 · If you're looking to go digital check out the Yamaha LS9 as I believe it's in the same price range. I have a Tascam interface that I like but when it comes to consoles themselves Yamaha is really the leader.

Jun 4, 2010 · The DM4800 allso has 4 slots available for extention. The DM3200 has two. So if you have a surroundcard (& Blu Sky 5.1. or logitech Z5500 5.1. (both approved systems by Lucas Arts) then you allmost need the DM4800 if you want some more expansion in terms of a analog card, ADAT cards...
Nov 11, 2007 · You can't run this into the Inserts on the console to bypass the pres, you need to run it into the digital input of the console to do that---which means you need to add the ADAT option to the Lynx, or add the AES/EBU option to the Tascam.

Feb 26, 2021 · Does anyone have the Tascam DM-4800 in use as a Cubase controller? Preferably in combination with Cubase Pro 11? Really would like to know if this works and what the advantages and disadvantages are compared to modern DAW controllers.
