The large team is led by developer Woodlawn Central LLC and The Apostolic Church of God with Sherwood Design Engineers from San Francisco on the design side.
Woodlawn Central is an organic collision of culture and experience and moves the center of gravity southward in Chicago. Located on the South Side of Chicago, the neighborhood of Woodlawn is bounded by Lake Michigan to the east, 60th Street to the north, Martin Luther King Drive to the west, and 67th Street to the south.
