Fractional or Shared Ownership is the purchase of a share entitling the owner to five weeks of use per year. Your purchased share entitles you to one summertime week which remains the same each year, allowing you to plan well in advance. You choose your other 4 weeks of use each year.
William's Landing 18 cottages are spread-out along 3,000 feet of rugged and beautifully treed shoreline on Kashagawigamog Lake. The lake itself is located in the Haliburton Highlands, a vast region of more than 600 lakes that stretch from the village of Norland on Highway 35 to as far north as Algonquin Park.
