   May 8, 2022 · The worst thing about the 12th Fret for me is the three hour drive to get there, but where I choose to live is hardly their fault. Just checked their website.....in-store shopping by appointment only, so that's a huge improvement over trying to deal with them remotely throughout the covid years.

   A few weeks ago I dropped off my Martin guitar because I was experiencing fret buzz. Gord was nice enough to contact me and explain that the guitar required a fret dress and setup.
