6 days ago · 00:00:55. A motor vehicle incident caused a power outage affecting more than a thousand BC Hydro customers in Terrace on the morning of Monday June 24. The incident took place at 7:12 am near the Chrysler dealership on Highway 16 when a motor vehicle hit and toppled a power pole, scattering electric wires all around.
