David L. Brooks, 79, of Toronto, OH, passed away Saturday June 22, 2024, in the Valley Hospice Care Center in Steubenville, OH. Dave was born July 27, 1944, in Mansfield, OH, son of the late Joseph Henry Brooks and Sarah Jane (Tapper) Brooks. Dave was a Veteran of the US Navy, having served during the Vietnam War as a Corpsman.
