  4. Our Watersdown Live-In Treatment Goals: Six month assessment placement for complex care youth to help determine long-term planning and any specialized needs. Provide a setting where the youth can learn to solve problems and develop self-care skills.

  5. Community Services. Offered for adolescents and their families who are not in need of more intensive services such as live-in and day treatment. Assessment and treatment may be provided through individual, family, art or group therapy. Community Services also provides therapeutic follow-up supports for live-in and day treatment clients.

  6. Frontenac Youth Services Day Treatment programs are available to adolescents and operate in partnership with the Durham District School Board, the Durham Catholic School Board and the Kawartha Pine Ridge District School Board.

The youth or parent/guardian will speak to a worker and complete an InterRAI Screener to identify what the concerns are and how serious they may be.
