May 10, 2017 · 2017 has been an exciting year for The Briarwood School as we are celebrating the school’s 50th year. Briarwood began in Memorial Drive Baptist Church in 1967 with eight students and two teachers. The first graduating class was only six students.
Where We Work. Safe At Home has 20 Margaret’s Place program sites in communities across the country. Each year, SAH provides services to more than 19,000 young people ages 11 through 18 in schools and community-based settings, many of whom are impacted by trauma and violence in their homes, schools, and communities.
