Asaduzzaman Noor (born 31 October 1946) is a Bangladeshi actor, politician and activist. He has been a Jatiya Sangsad member representing the Nilphamari-2 constituency since 2001 and served as the Cultural Affairs Minister during 2014–2019.

Asaduzzaman Noor has one son and one daughter. He started his career in 1972 to work in a well circulated weekly named ‘Chitraly’. In 1973, he worked in a advertising firm as a general manager. He joined in Soviet Embassy ( at present Russia ) as a Press Relation Officer.
