Oct 30, 2023 · The new Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program-OINP draw issued 1,117 invitations to apply for permanent residency (PR) today, October 30, 2023. OINP issued 1,051 invitations to profiles created under the Masters Graduate Stream in a general draw with an Expression of Interest score of 43 and above.
