Lighthouse is a Canadian rock band formed in 1969 in Toronto, Ontario, whose repertoire included elements of rock music, jazz, classical music, and swing and featured horns, string instruments, and vibraphone. They won Juno Awards for Best Canadian Group of the Year in 1972, 1973, [2] and 1974.
Dan Clancy is lead singer of 4-time Juno award winning Canadian super-group Lighthouse. Included in his many musical accomplishments over the years, Dan has written, performed and produced commercials and theme songs and has sung on numerous national and international radio and television commercial campaigns.

Replacing him as lead vocalist was Dan Clancy. Together, this Lighthouse lineup released Song of the Ages and “Remember the Times” as its first new batch of recordings since 1974. In 1995, Lighthouse was inducted into the Canadian Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Fame.
