Feb 17, 2018 · Generally, Koodo doesn't increase plan prices when you sign up. As I mentioned in another thread, I know Family members who are with Koodo for the past 7 years and still pay $28/mth for their plan. No increases for them.
Since one of Koodo’s goal is to secure its current membership, please consider making all promotions applicable to existing users who upgrade their phones OR agree to stay with Koodo for a TBD (1 year) period.

Jun 2, 2024 · I received an offer vis SMS from Koodo about a certain rate plan being available if I upgrade my phone, and I would like to take advantage of this offer but I can’t find the offer on my self serve. It says that to take redeem the offer, I should go to login to self-serve and visit the “Phones” page.
