Tesco has reintroduced its 12-month delivery saver plan, which comes with the choice of off-peak or anytime delivery. The supermarket has also launched a new, cheaper click and collect option for users of its six-month delivery pass.

Visit the Tesco Delivery Saver page, select the plan that suits your needs and sign in to your Tesco account. You can start using your delivery saver plan immediately after signing up as long as you meet the qualifying minimum checkout amount.
You can pay for your plan by debit or credit card or as a Tesco Clubcard holder choose to pay with your vouchers.
When you sign up or renew your Delivery Saver plan you have 14 days to cancel the plan. If you haven’t received a grocery delivery using the plan Tesco will refund you in full, if you have received a delivery or deliveries you will receive a refund of the membership minus the cost of these deliveries.

Priority access to Christmas and Easter slots
As a Delivery Saver member, you bet priority Christmas and Easter slots. Tesco will provide you with a time when slots open up to members in advance, and you just do your shopping online as usual. As everyone appears to have the same idea and log on as soon as slots open, you are placed in a queue to access the app or website, I’ve found this can be between 30 mins and an hour.
Qualifying orders
Depending on the saver plan you subscribe to, there is a minimum spend to be able to qualify for the delivery saver, this is £50 for home deliveries and £25 for Click+Collect. Failure to meet the qualifying checkout amount will result in you having to pay a minimum basket charge of £5.
Earn Clubcard points
If you have a Club Card and subscribe to a Delivery Saver plan, you will earn 1 point for every pound that you spend.
