Season 4 is the fourth season of Falling Skies. Season 4 premiered June 22, 2014. Unlike the previous seasons which consisted of 10 episodes, Season 4 consisted of 12 episodes. The fourth season on DVD and Blu-ray is scheduled for release June 2nd, 2015 in the United States and Canada.
Falling Skies opens in the chaotic aftermath of an alien attack that has left most of the world completely incapacitated. In the six months since the initial invasion, the few survivors have banded together outside major cities to begin the difficult task of fighting back.
