Robert Polhill Bevan (5 August 1865 – 8 July 1925) was a British painter, draughtsman and lithographer who was married to the Polish-born artist Stanisława de Karłowska. He was a founding member of the Camden Town Group , the London Group , and the Cumberland Market Group .

From his work in London Bevan is most noted for his portrayal of the cab yards to the London horse sales at Tattersalls, Aldridges, the Barbican, and Wards and Cumberland Market, where Bevan had a studio and the short-lived Cumberland Market Group met in 1914 before the First World War.
