this theory holds no water. it's proven that Ryan Ross died, determinant on if you killed him yourself or he died during Halcyon's interrogation.. either way, his death is canon - and there's no way he'd be able to live, even if Rose intervened. that would cause more eyes on her and she didn't want that considering she's a turncoat for Phoenix.
