Synopsis: Shows Law Enforcement Personnel how to avoid edged weapons and what to do if injured by one. Re-creates actual confrontations involving officers and armed offenders in order to create an understanding of the high degree of danger that edged weapons create. Also reviews the personality type that uses such weapons, and tells what officers need to know to deal with this threat.
