TLDR is this, Yelp is NOT a tech company and that is the real issue. They were a company with only ONE idea and they wanted to bank as much money on it as possible with minimal changes to their site or their app. The fact that Yelp stock is even at $36 is wild to me
Yelp is a dumpster fire. The majority of people who use Yelp aren't people you want as customers. Ignore Yelp and carry on as if it didn't exist. I highly doubt ignoring Yelp completely will hurt your business.
