Newtonville Hall is a historic building that was once a temperance lodge and now a community hall. It hosts historical photographs of the village and various events and activities.
About Newtonville. Newtonville is the most easterly community in Clarington (and in Durham Region) and was in the southeastern part of the old Clarke Township until 1973. We have a very dedicated Board of Directors that maintains the community hall and hosts fundraising events.

It is divided into two parts by the Massachusetts Turnpike and the MBTA Commuter Rail running through an open trench below grade, and requiring reconnection via several bridges over the trench.
