Plot. Marie is a vampire in modern Pittsburgh, with a moral code that limits her bloodsucking to the criminal elements of society. After feasting on mafioso Tony Silva, she shoots him in the head with a shotgun to cover up the bite marks on his neck and to prevent him from coming back as a vampire.
Sex and blood are her main course, and one night she goes for Italian. When she feeds on a ruthless crime boss named Sal "The Shark" Macelli, she is discovered by an undercover cop, and does not finish him off in order to prevent him from turning.
Sep 25, 1992 · An undercover cop named Joe Gennaro (Anthony LaPaglia), who has met Marie under a variety of suspicious circumstances, begins to suspect she may be behind the killings – especially after she dive-bombs him in a church, flying through the air in rage after being attacked by one of the gangsters.
