Bettina Hoy (born Bettina Overesch: November 7, 1962) is an Olympic-level equestrian rider who competes for Germany in Eventing competitions. Bettina competed in the 1984 Summer Olympics, 1996 Summer Olympics, and 2004 Summer Olympics.
Bettina Hoy geborene Overesch ist eine deutsche Vielseitigkeitsreiterin.
She became the first female athlete representing Germany to win an Olympic medal in eventing when she claimed team bronze at the 1984 Games in Los Angeles. In 2016 she became the first German rider to win the three-star event at Blenheim International Horse Trials in England.
