Caddy Lake Rock Tunnels are rock caves created by railroad construction. Entrance by motor boat or canoe provides an interesting access to a wilderness campsite for a picnic, afternoon of fishing or to begin the 170 km Caddy Lake canoe route. Note: When water levels are high, the tunnels on Caddy and South Cross lakes may be closed because they are impassible and dangerous. Check with Manitoba Conservation before departing. Caddy Lake Canoe Trip. Enjoy this 17.1-mile out-and-back trail near McDougalls Landing, Manitoba. Generally considered a moderately challenging route. This trail is great for paddle sports, and it's unlikely you'll encounter many other people while exploring. The best times to visit this trail are May through August.

Caddy Lake is a lake on the Whiteshell River in south-eastern Manitoba, Canada near the Manitoba–Ontario border. McGillivray Creek drains into the lake on its west side. It is within Whiteshell Provincial Park near West Hawk Lake. The lake has a surface area of about 300 hectares (740 acres) and a maximum depth of 5.7 metres (19 ft).
