May 3, 2008 · BB Canada won't accept US bought returns/exchanges. I have a $40 item that was bought from Best Buy in the US....asked the cashier if it would be possible to return it in Canada and she said "yeah no problem" (I'd bought a $10 service plan on an 8 GB mp3 player earlier and I know that that worked in Canada so didn't think there would be a problem).
Feb 26, 2024 · I believe that it won't let you return in Canada. It seems Walmart only supports returning or exchanging goods while you are in the same city where you buy it. But, I think you should best call to the service. Maybe its rules are changed.
