Julius Augustus Fleischmann (June 8, 1871 – February 5, 1925) was an American businessman, the long-time president of Fleischmann's Yeast, and a former mayor of Cincinnati. A bon vivant, sailor, and sportsman, he was the son of yeast magnate Charles Louis Fleischmann.
He married and had three children. Besides becoming company's president, his son, Julius Fleischmann, was elected in 1900 as the youngest mayor of Cincinnati. In 1924, his nephew Raoul Fleischmann used the business's funding to start the magazine, "The New Yorker." Even in the 21st century, the family plays a part in the management of the company.
