David Arnold Croll, PC QC (born Davud Avrum Croll; March 12, 1900 – June 11, 1991) was a Canadian politician. He served as the mayor of Windsor, Ontario twice. He entered provincial politics in the 1930s, and served as minister of public works and municipal affairs in the Mitch Hepburn government.

CROLL, DAVID ARNOLD (1900–1991), Canadian lawyer and politician. Born in Mogilev, Belorussia, Croll was taken to Windsor, Ontario, at the age of three. He practiced law in Windsor from 1925 to 1930 when he was elected mayor of the city.
Biography. David Croll was born in Russia and came to Canada with his family as a young boy. He was a lawyer in his adoptive hometown of Windsor, Ontario, and then entered politics in the 1930s, becoming the mayor of Windsor and the first Jewish provincial cabinet minister in Ontario.
