May 26, 2012 · Toronto. I never badmouthed about dealfind. In fact, I’d been promoting their website in regards to numerous good deal, good referral program and good customer service. I did request a refund once (within 30 days period), and they handled and processed quickly without any delay.
Being a long standing customer you would think they would give great customer service, but no they don't really give a crap. They barely respond to you regarding your issues. You can only contact by email.
