The District. Cardington-Lincoln Local Schools is located in Morrow County about an hour north of the Columbus metropolitan area. The district educates just over 1,000 students in three banded schools. The elementary school serves grades pre-K through 4. The middle school is grades 5 and 8 and the high school is grades 9 through 12.
