   I rearranged the delivery fir the following day and in the packaging was a pack of glass screen protectors. Carphone Warehouse have supposedly investigated. I am left with a contract to pay for and no phone to use. Apparently it is ok to steal a phone and get away with it. Well done Carphone Warehouse and DPD. Date of experience: May 04, 2024

   Stolen package slow to investigate. Ordered a Samsung S23 FE from Carphone Warehouse - it was delivered to the wrong address by their courier DPD. When I managed to retrieve the package I found it had been opened and sealed back with sellotape. When opening I found inside no Samsung S23 FE but instead a USED POWERBANK.
