I've seen some good video reviews on the Simmons including this model but was wondering if anyone has any experience with their customer service? Alesis CS is not too shabby. Especially when I reached out the second time to ask if I was still under warranty for a just barely two year old pedal blowing out.

Nov 22, 2016 · #1. Why does everyone talk crap about simmons? Yes Roland or Yamaha might be better, but they are very expensive. The name Simmons is owned by guitar center since the real company closed in 1999. The same company that makes parts for Simmons also makes parts for Kat.
