Criminal Record Check forms are available online or in the lobby of Peel Regional Police Brampton and Mississauga locations. Fee Criminal Record Checks cost $35.
Logging into the Online Police Record Check application is a two-step process. First you will enter your user credentials (username and password) on the form below and click login. Second, you will be sent a login code which you will then enter to gain access to the system.
You can request a record check from Peel Regional Police if you reside in Mississauga or Brampton. You can request three levels of records check: Criminal Record Check, Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check or a Vulnerable Sector Check.
Citizens can obtain a copy of a police report by attending in person at Police Headquarters. Bring a report request Form D, valid government ID and fee.

With the exception of the Peel District School Board (PDSB) and the Durham Catholic District School Board (DCDSB), Boards tend to accept a Police Record Check within 12 months from date of issue. The PDSB and DCDSB accept Police Record Checks within 6 months of date of issue.
