Nové Město na Moravě (Czech pronunciation: [ˈnovɛː ˈmɲɛsto ˈna moravjɛ]; German: Neustadt in Mähren) is a town in Žďár nad Sázavou District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 9,900 inhabitants. It is known as a winter sports resort.
From the second half of the 19th century until 1949, Nové Město na Moravě was a district town. It has preserved its character of a farming-handicraft, cultural and administrative centre without considerable industrial facilities.
