这个Non-controlling interests (有的地方叫Minority Interest), 就是 @庄明仁 提到的被合并公司中其他股东的利益（由于这部分股东的不受母公司控制，并且股权较小，因此叫non-controlling/minority interest），而剩下的部分便是归属于股东的净利润（Net Income Attributable to Shareholders）了。
