Carphone warehouse offered to buy my phone for £85 and sent me a paid package to send it to them. My Galaxy S9+ is in perfect condition but when Carphobe received it, they said it has screen burn and they would need to replace the whole screen. They said that screen burn couldn't be detected during normal use and changed the £85 offer to £15.

Disappointing Experience with Carphone Warehouse Trade-In Bonus. I purchased a new device from Carphone Warehouse in May 2024 and traded in my old device as part of the promotion. The delivery of the new device and the process of sending back my old device are smooth.
No possible to refund or contact. I purchased new iPhone 16 with 24 months iD contacts from Carphone Warehouse, both under Currys group. When it arrived, the iPhone's orignal box (white box) put on a dpd plastic bag without any protection such as bubble so it is moving, the box with so much serious damage especially on corner, so the items should not be able to sale in the shop.
