Born on August 29, 1956, Vicki's zest for life and her radiant spirit were evident from her earliest days. Her marriage to David Strouse was in Detroit in 1990. David passed away November 27, 2010.
Faith was always an important part of Victoria’s life. Throughout her life she enjoyed playing and watching sports especially bowling, tennis, and basketball.
