The trail is dog friendly and features an awesome suspension bridge at the start. The bridge is 50 metres (160 ft) high from the bottom of the canyon.

May 23, 2023 · Lynn Canyon is a wonderful alternative to the Capilano Suspension Bridge. One reason is that Lynn Canyon is free, while the Capilano Suspension Bridge is over $70 CAD. One thing I love about the park is that it’s open all year round, with pretty safe trails and color-changing views after every season.
Other trails in Lynn Canyon include the lovely Beaver Trail, a hike that begins at Centennial Trail just past the Lynn Canyon Cafe and continues into a mossy forest, bypassing the busy Suspension Bridge and Twin Falls area. Lynn Canyon contains a small part of the Baden Powell Trail, a hike that extends across the North Shore.

A short wooden bridge crosses the raging river and 2 breathtaking waterfalls below. This bridge is a lot more comfortable than the Suspension Bridge as it doesn’t shake with every move.
