Computer Access & Login. Most library computers require York University students, faculty and staff members to log in using their Passport York username and password. Guests, including York alumni, may request a one-day Library Guest Account to use library computers.

Borrowers without a Passport York account will access their My Library Account information and use some online library services (e.g., holds, renewals, intercampus borrowing) by using the barcode number (29007…) on their paper library card, together with a PIN (Personal Information Number).
