I still think they should provide clear instructions on how to refund, since purchasing (of course) goes incredbly smoothly. Apparently you e-mail [email protected]
Nov 9, 2011 · I posted a question and comment on Dealfind earlier today- it was just a shipping question for the computer deal. Also I had put down to find out the [National] Dealfind does not post negative comments it is in their vendor contracts read this!
Mar 10, 2024 · I do not have any sort of refund policy as it’s never come up. However, I asked a moderator of a Discord server I’m in if I can advertise my products in her server and she said I can as long as I make a refund policy first.
A small business can choose to have a no-refunds policy, except in the case of faulty products or marketing that may have misled the consumer. In those instances, you may be required by law to provide a refund, or at the very least, a replacement.
Here’s a small sampling of what one business requires to process a refund: Proof of a worksheet completion rate of at least 50%. Screenshots of at least six different activities. Proof of active participation, initiative, and responsiveness in the private Facebook community.
